As Board Chair of Calgary Wildlife, I’ve led the organization through significant growth and change, overseeing $1M+ budgets, mentoring executive leaders, and guiding strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. I’m passionate about strengthening governance, fostering collaboration, and building sustainable organizations that create lasting community impact.

In 2022, I spearheaded the project to launch a new website for Calgary Wildlife with integrated donation and store features, improving accessibility, user experience, and transparency. It enhanced donor engagement, streamlined online contributions, and modernized the organization’s digital presence.

2023-2024, I led the creation of Calgary Wildlife’s new strategic plan, collaborating with the board, staff, volunteers, and community stakeholders to establish clear priorities for growth, governance, and sustainability. The plan provided a renewed vision, strengthened organizational alignment, and positioned the charity for long-term success after years of operational instability.
